Paulo Neuhaus

I was born and raised in Brazil, and first came to the U.S. in the 1970's to pursue a graduate degree in economics at the University of Chicago. After a few years back in my home country, I have now lived in the U.S. for four decades.

Against this backdrop, my long-held interest in photography as a creative tool took a leap after I retired 12 years ago from a long career at a multilateral organizations in Washington, DC. Since then, my frequent domestic and international travels have exposed me to a diverse swath of sights and landscapes, which I have greatly enjoyed shooting.

In 2017, I participated as a guest artist in the RAAC Fall Tour of Artists of Rappahannock County, and in October 2019, I had a solo photography show at Hazel River Art and Antiques in Washington, Va.
