Intention: To represent those things conveyed in the natural world which we seem to be commonly moved by, hoping the chord is struck - the emotion expressed.
Formerly a member of the Art Students League of New York City, the Painters & Sculptors Society of New Jersey, The Ringwood Art Association of New Jersey, Mrs.Novak received her training at the Art Students League and School of Visual Arts, New York City and at Newark, New Jersey State College.
In Virginia she has served on the Board of Directors of the Second Street Gallery in Charlottesville, and is currently a member of the Middle Street Cooperative Artist Gallery in Washington, Virginia.
